Employers federation appoints Sheikh Farouk as new CEO

The Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) has appointed Sheikh Khuzaifah Sheikh Farouk as its new CEO, effective January 1, 2025. Sheikh Khuzaifah, who has been with MEF since 2011, previously served as the senior consultant for industrial relations. He succeeds Datuk Shamsuddin Bardan, who retired in June 2022 after 41 years with the federation.
