 1. Divorced director’s axeing orchestrated by ex-husband, court rules

The Industrial Court has ruled that a woman's removal as a director from a family-owned company was orchestrated by her ex-husband following their divorce. The court found that the ex-husband had acted oppressively and unfairly, leading to her dismissal. The judge ordered her reinstatement as director and awarded her costs.
