Since 2011, Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s (TNB) Protégé-Ready to Work Programme (Protégé-RTW) has been preparing Malaysia’s future workforce, blending technical training with essential soft skills across engineering, IT, and management fields. Over 330 graduates have joined TNB through the program, which focuses on industry-specific skills, sustainable energy, and real-world experience to strengthen Malaysia’s electricity sector and foster sustainable growth.
