1. Ex-flight instructor wins appeal in constructive dismissal case 

The Court of Appeal ruled in favor of former flight instructor K Sudhir in a constructive dismissal case against Layang-Layang Helicopter Academy. The court found that the employer's demand for Sudhir to return all company property was equivalent to termination. This overturned the Industrial Court’s earlier ruling, which had dismissed his claim. Sudhir may now seek compensation.
