1. UM suspends lecturer linked to sexual harassment claims

Universiti Malaya (UM) has suspended a lecturer accused of sending sexually explicit messages, following the Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000. Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir mandated an immediate investigation into these sexual harassment allegations to uphold campus safety and justice.
