Rajeswari Karupiah, ex-Industrial Court chairman, is appointed deputy chairman of Malaysia’s National Wage Negotiation Council (MPGN) from Feb 2025 to Sept 2026. With 32+ years in labor law, she’s known for resolving 500+ cases and shaping Malaysia’s labor policies, including minimum wage. The Human Resources Ministry values her expertise in balancing worker and employer interests.
